Mark Wyckoff Obituary

Mark Lane Wyckoff, 62, born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma passed away April 29, 2019, of natural causes in Tulsa.

He was preceded in death by his late wife Patricia, his parents Richard L and Emma Jean (Jayne) Jennings, brother, Richard (Lee) and sister, Patricia.

Mark was a father, a husband, a grandfather and a dedicated born again Christian. He split his years between Oklahoma, Illinois and South Carolina. In his youth he was a prospect in Major League Baseball and during his life thereafter worked in many trades. He had a lasting love for the Oklahoma Sooners, Chicago Blackhawks, Chicago Cubs and the Dallas Cowboys.

He is survived by his sons, Richard and his wife Sara, as well as their two children, Kathleen and Phoenix and son, Bradley and his wife Laura, and their four children, Damien, Alisha, Gabrielle and Caroline.

Angeline Trevena once said “Because some people see a wall, and assume that's the end of their journey. Others see it, and decide it's just the beginning.” Mark never saw a wall, instead an opportunity to overcome. He will always be fondly remembered.
