Lisa “Sti-ga” Ann Duncan was born March 18, 1989 to Frank and Lillie (Wolfe) Duncan in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. She departed this life to be with our Lord on Monday, August 24, 2020 in Stilwell, Oklahoma at the age of 31 years, 5 months, and 6 days.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Taylor and Sarah (Eli) Duncan; maternal grandparents, Albert and Irene (Soap) Wolfe; brother-in-law, Cristopher Hill; and numerous aunts and uncles also passed before her.
Sti-ga was a member of Four Vision Baptist Church, where she dedicated her life to the Lord on July 1, 2012. She was her children’s biggest and LOUDEST supporter and made sure she attended any activity that her children were involved in, rather it be an educational function or sporting event. They were truly her #1. She was well known to be an all-around fierce competitor. She loved sports, especially basketball, and rooted on many teams including, the Oklahoma Sooners, the Dallas Cowboys, and the Oakland Raiders. Sti-ga was a hard-dedicated worker, such a hard worker that she would rather use a push mower than a riding mower to mow the grass. Her father was her rock and she found joy by giving him a hard time. She loved to collect Mickey Mouse memorabilia. Sti-ga loved movies and had a massive 3,000 movies in her collection. She loved watching Criminal Minds, Chicago P.D., Bones, Supernatural and many other shows.
She leaves behind her husband, Scotty Grimmett of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; five children, Arik Duncan, Tristin Duncan, Aaron Duncan, Logan Duncan and Keilani Grimmett; parents, Frank and Lillie (Wolfe) Duncan; six siblings, Frankie Duncan of Stilwell, Nena Duncan-Hunt and companion Brian Wacoche of Tahlequah, Amy Duncan-Hill of Okmulgee, Oklahoma, Frances Daugherty and husband Edward of Stilwell, Albert “Big Boy’ Duncan of Stilwell and Timothy Duncan and companion Bridget Gann of Stilwell; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends also survive her and will miss her deeply.
