James Andrew Leon Sanders

James Andrew Leon Sanders, 25, of Stilwell, Oklahoma passed away Monday, October 5, 2020. He was born in Fayetteville, Arkansas to James Marion and Mary Lynn (Grizzell) Sanders on July 18, 1995.

He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents; his mother, Mary Lynn (Grizzell) Sanders; and two aunts, Jennifer Grizzell and Shirley Hartin.

James grew up in Stilwell where he graduated from Stilwell High School in 2014. He had a working mentality and loved to work. He enjoyed his occasional walks with his dog, Patches. He loved his family, especially his nieces and nephews. James loved traveling to different places building pole barns with his work crew. He was an avid coin collector.

Left to cherish his memories are his father, James Marion Sanders of Stilwell; siblings, April Sidebottom and husband Beau of Stilwell, David Loman and wife Lori of Stilwell, Michael Grizzell, and Gregory Muise; nieces and nephews, Alyssa Wilshire, Trent Sanders, Nicholas Loman, Devin Grizzell, Kylie Sidebottom, Rosemary Grizzell, Hunter Sidebottom, Shelby Grizzell, Derick Loman, Naomi Grizzell and Nazarus Chavez; two aunts, Lisa Murray and Becky Grizzell; and his Nanny and Papa, Bo and Diane Sidebottom; a host of other relatives and friends also survive him.

A visitation will be held from 4 pm to 8 pm, Tuesday, October 13, 2020, at Church on the Rock (22 North 1st Street, Stilwell, Oklahoma) in Stilwell, Oklahoma. A Graveside Service will be held at 11 am, Wednesday, October 14th, 2020, at Oak Grove Cemetery in Stilwell, Oklahoma with Bro. DeWayne Byrd Officiating.
