Seth Elihu Springwater, son of C.W. and Jo Ann Springwater was born January 16, 1991 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life on June 2, 2019 in Ponca City, Oklahoma at the age of 28 years.
A decedent of the Yellowberry Family, Seth was an enrolled member of the United Keetoowah tribe, a band of the Cherokee Indians of Oklahoma. He was also part of the Navajo and Ponca Nation. Seth had many hobbies, a few included- watching OU football, board games, playing his X-Box, fihing, and watching tv. Most of all, Seth loved being surrounded by family. He was always joking around, but also very quick to look out and stand up for all that were close to him.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Crawford Springwater; paternal grandmother, Edna Mae Thirsty; maternal great-grandfather, Rev. Stanford Whitestar; great-grandmother, Frances King Whitestar.
Seth is survived by a very loving family that includes his parents; siblings, Nigel and Erica Springwater, of Wichita, Kansas, Justin and Raven Marshall, of Silverdale, WA, Jamie and Hannah Hernandez, of Ponca City, OK, Christian Springwater, of Ponca City, OK, Michiah Springwater, of Ponca City, OK; maternal grandmother, Julia Whitestar Hardman, of Marland, OK; maternal grandfather, Roy Begay, of Klagetoh, AZ. Nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends also survive him. Seth will be truly missed by all.
