John T. "Bone" Glass

John T. “Bone” Glass, son of George Jr. “Redbird” and Fannie (Killer) Glass was born December 31, 1968 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma and departed this life December 20, 2019 at his home in Bunch, Oklahoma at the age of 50 years.

Bone loved spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, listening to music, watching OSU football and working on things in and around the house. Mostly, he enjoyed taking care of his mom.

He was preceded in death by his father; maternal and paternal grandparents and uncle, Sam Smith.

Bone is survived by a very loving family that includes his mother, Fannie, of the home; six brothers, Roger Glass, Rufus Glass and wife Sally, Andrew “Booze” Glass, Mitchell “Pig” Glass, Russell Glass and wife Darlene, and Edward “Doxie” Glass; one sister, Nancy Crispiniano and husband Santiago Toribio; two aunts, Florene Smith and Marlene Ballard and husband James; uncle, Mike Glass and wife Dana. Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends also survive him.

A visitation will be held Thursday, December 26, 2019 from 1pm-8pm at New Life Church in Stilwell. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 27, at 1pm in the New Life Church with Bro. Mike Glass officiating. Interment will follow in the Chuculate Cemetery. The Parsons-Canoe-Beggs Funeral Home, of Collinsville, Oklahoma, has charge of arrangements.
